Returns & Exchanges

At Mycube Safe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home security investment. If your safe isn't the perfect fit for your space, we offer a 35-day return window from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Safe

    Carefully repackage your Mycube safe in its original shipping carton and protective foam packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for heavy models.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit for any damage, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
