How do I install my Mycube safe?
Every Mycube comes with a pre-drilled bottom and a complete mounting kit, including bolts for wood or concrete. Simply place the safe in your desired location, mark the holes, and secure it to a shelf or floor for maximum security.
What happens if the batteries in my safe die?
Don't worry. Your Mycube includes a set of emergency override keys. We recommend keeping these keys in a secure location outside of your safe so you can manually open the unit and replace the batteries from the inside.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free standard ground shipping on all safe orders within the contiguous United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days.
What is the warranty on Mycube products?
We stand by our quality. All Mycube safes come with a lifetime structural warranty. If your safe is ever damaged in a break-in or fire, or if there is a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
Can I return my safe if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the product is defective.
Do you offer different locking mechanisms?
